Due to the nature of the product, I will not refund or accept returns. After downloading, there is nothing stoping the customer from copying, retaining a copy, or using and trying to return the product.
If you run into problems, get in touch and I will do my best to help you solve the issue.
All sales are final and all packages contain all the files needed to update and customize the device models listed in the description.
Make sure you buy the firmware for the correct model as all sales are final.
